Deliveries & Returns

Most UK deliveries arrive within 3-4 days of you placing your order.  

Personalised items and hand-made to order, please allow between 14 and 21 days for delivery.  You should allow between 14 and 21 days for orders to destinations outside of the UK.

Returns

We have a 21 day no quibble returns policy as follows:

The goods must be in the condition in which they were received and must not have been used.

We are happy to exchange items, however the customer is responsible for the cost of post and packing of the required replacement items (please enclose a cheque made payable to Martial Arts UK to the amount of £5.95 for delivery of replacement item).

When posting items back to us we recommend using a signed-for service for your own security and peace of mind. We cannot be responsible for returned items claimed as lost in the post. 

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes.  Our payment service provide, Barclays ePDQ provide the safest means available today for ordering securely on the Internet. 

Can I receive an Order quickly in time for a birthday or Christmas?

Yes. Simply send an email to info@martial-arts.uk.com and ask us for our Special Delivery option. For a few pounds more we can send your order by 24 hour Special Delivery.
